Since opening in 2016, D’avant® Bakery has embodied a deliberate blend of French elegance and Korean nostalgia.
The name D’avant, pronounced “Da-bang” carries this dual spirit. In French, it means “from before,” evoking authenticity and the timeless craft of traditional baking. In Korean, Dabang recalls the intimate cafés of the 1970s and ’80s, where warmth, conversation, and coffee intertwined.
